About a month ago we purchased some of you Quail at Super1Foods in Tyler, Texas. It has been on our weekly shopping list ever since. Our son who is 5 usually talks all through dinner and does not eat much, but whenever we serve your Quail he does not talk, he just eats! We thought we would send an encouraging word about your great product. Keep up the good work!

I bought two packages (at Publix) to go along with some venison we were having, (small party) tossed them with some Zatarins seasoned fry mix and let 'em go. THEY were so tasty, got rave reviews and do believe I'll be getting some more soon.
Here's one for you to try. Wrap the bird in an orange wedge(preferably a good Florida orange) a little juice in the bottom of baking dish and bake as normal.....
